Our DUO chefs, Mélissa Marchal and Stephane Jarjanette, welcome you to Restaurant IDA to share their passion for gastronomy. Their complementary skills are matched only by the finesse of their elegant, refined cuisine.

At IDA, everything is homemade.

 

Restaurant IDA is delighted to present its DUO Chefs: Mélissa Marchal and Stéphane Jarjanette.

They have settled in Vaujany, where they find inspiration in the serenity of a small, authentic mountain village. Mélissa and Stéphane trained with some of France's greatest chefs.

They stayed for almost 10 years with Christophe Bacquié - 3 Macarons*** Michelin in Le Castellet - after a few years with Dimitri Droisneau and Eric Girardin for Mélissa and Philippe Etchebest, Yoann Conte or Thierry Marx for Stéphane.

In their cooking, the flavours of the mountains rub shoulders with those of the Mediterranean, the cradle of their long experience in the South of France. These promising young chefs will tantalise your taste buds with their exquisite and generous creations. All you have to do is let yourself go in the cosy, warm atmosphere of Restaurant IDA
